Spark the Night this April 11, 2026
On April 11, cities around the world will light landmarks in vibrant blue, hold events, and wear blue to honor people with Parkinson’s and care partners who stand with them.
In 2026, the lights represent 11.9 million people around the world who have been diagnosed with Parkinson’s.
Parkinson’s is growing. Together, we must respond.
April 11 is World Parkinson’s Day
and Spark The Night
Together we stand in solidarity for 11.9 million people with Parkinson’s; Our goal in 2026 is the light up 1,000 buildings world wide, 1,000 individual “Sparklets” in 50 countries and more than 300 cities.

PD Avengers Billboard in Times Square for the week leading up to April 11.
The hosts of the Movers and Shakers podcast assemble on April 11 to deliver the latest Movers & Shakers petition to Downing Street and then assemble one of the UK's biggest convention of Parkies outside Westminster to sing 'We Will Survive'.
